I finally entered my work to the Texas Associated Press Managing Editors awards. I entered several categories and I’m glad that the judges liked this gallery. I’m used to working in dark conditions and have gone to the Midwestern State University bonfire many times over the years. It would have been awesome to have placed first but I saw the winning gallery and it is amazing.

It was fun going though past work and choosing photos and articles to submit to the contest.
